Based in Vancouver, Tempo Financial Services (Tempo Insurance) is a Life and  Accident & Sickness insurance broker/advisor. Working alongside a variety of BC and Alberta Mortgage Brokers, Tempo assists their mortgage clients with Mortgage Term Insurance, Life Insurance,  Disability Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance. 

Contracted with a variety of insurers, Tempo works as a broker in order to provide their clients with the best possible solutions based on both client needs and budget. 

Licensed in British Columbia, Alberta and Yukon, Tempo services most of Western Canada. Tempo also has an affiliation with BMI Advisory for mortgage clients in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Ontario and Nova Scotia. 

Tempo compensates Mortgage Broker referrals. Typical referral pays approximately $400.00. However it is not uncommon to see referrals paying in excess of $500.00 or more.

Payment to the Mortgage Broker is typically made within 48 hours once Tempo receives payment. Tempo will email a detailed payment statement and e-transfer money directly into the Mortgage Broker's bank account. Payments can also be batched and sent weekly, bi-weekly or monthly if preferred 

To submit a referral, simply complete the Tempo referral form (see example below) - We will send you a customized fillable form for your use. Simply have your client(s) digitally sign. Then email it to Tempo using the email address on the bottom of the form. 

This is all that is required in order for Tempo to create a client file, provide quotes and to start an insurance  application with your client.
